How to consume Spiced Turmeric Blend?
Take around 150-200 ml of milk and boil it. Once the milk starts boiling, add half a teaspoon of spiced turmeric powder in the milk and simmer it for 3-4 minutes. Add the required amount of misri or natural sugar to the milk while it is boiling. After 3-4 minutes, remove the turmeric milk from the stove and have it hot.
How to use Camphor Infused Sesame Oil
Use it first thing in the morning immediately after brushing and half an hour before having any thing. Sit in cross-legged portion with erect spine. Put one drop of oil in each nostril and do deep breathing for about five minutes 0R 20 times. You can add a glass of spiced turmeric milk after 5-10 minutes of deep breathing.
How to consume Tulsi Turmeric Blend?
Take one teaspoon or 5 grams of turmeric Tulasi water purifier supplement and add in 4-5 litres of drinking water. Divide that into four equal portions and each member has to have one portion of turmeric Tulsi water any time before lunch. Do not use plastic bottles or plastic jugs or plastic tumblers to store or drink this water.

How do we make these products?
The process starts with procuring the ingredients needed to make the blends. We are very considerate of the quality and purity of the ingredients we use to make our products. Sourced from the best of places across India, our ingredients are handpicked by farmers and double-checked for quality.
Once procured, the ingredients are washed, dried, and powdered by the Bilvam’s processing team in Anand, Gujarat. We use basic kitchen mixers and grinders and prepare products in small batches, without the use of any chemicals/ preservatives.
Once processed, the final step is to mix all the ingredients in the right proportions for different blends. This is done based on generations worth of traditional knowledge and time-tested formulations available to the team.
